Only the first Constraint is generated for each class chart. From the command tool BONc 0.2.6 -using cygwin on Windows Vista SP2

Thanks for the report, but this is a duplicate of #1685 which is fixed in svn head.

I'll be rolling out a new release soon which will include this fix.
