Iphone 3g messup #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.shoot
2.load, select install loading...
3. ...stuck on iphodroid half way

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? stuck there for a while, 
i turn it of with the power bottom, boot to the itunes and usb cable stuck 
there 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Iphone 3g 
16gb Os 3.1.2 jailbreak 

Please provide any additional information below.
Can't restore any more with itunes, neither with redsn0w

run the ipohdriod.exe as administartor.
