1. Copy the zip file in c: drive
2. Do not need to extract the zip file.
3. Just open the zip file by Winrar
4. Go to the iPhoDroid.exe and click on it.
5. Hopefully extraction problem will not occur this time.

whats the issue with launcherpro? and why dont I see Android apps like Apps
market etc. on Froyo.

There is an issue with wifi too. Didnt connect at first. Waited for a long time
befor e it connected.

Sergio, one more thing. Once this launcherpro expires, you dont see any more
apps. I didnt even know how to bring it back to recovery mode.

Can u also tell me why we are not installing android, but running only a
stripped down and heavily modified version of it?

I guess this appens because of antivirus software... Can anyone confirm that?

Windows xp => used winrar

Windows 7 => extracted sucessfully

I believe the "Error on Extraction" issue is caused because you are running the
EXE from a folder whose path has a space in it (like C:\Documents and
Settings\..\Desktop). Move the exe to a folder with no spaces and try it, like
c:\iphodroid\.

The reason it works inside winrar or winzip is because it uses %temp% which
should expand to the short file name to profile temp dir (C:\Docume~1\..\temp).

Enjoy.
