openiboot not exist 3g - 3.1.3 #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. openiboot not exist

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7.0 
iPhoDroid_R13j_3G
iphone 3g - 3.1.3 
modem firmware 05.13.04
jailbreakme.com

Please provide any additional information below.
The procedure of instalation run perfect, but after boot my iphone, only ios 
3.1.3 are load. Not have a openiboot.

same problem here:
Windows 7 64bit
iPhoDroid_R13j_3G
iPhone 3G - 4.0.0
jailbreakme.com (redsn0w would not recognize ipsw)

Process completes on PC, iPhone reboots into recovery mode. Exit recovery mode, 
iPhone reboots straight into iOS, no bootloader options.

The problem is you jailbreaked using jailbreakme.com. It CLEARLY states that it 
has to be quickpwn, pwnage tool or redsn0w.

I solve the problem.
first restore 3.1.3 firmware
jailbreak redsn0w
and work!
