What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Slide to unlock..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R12c

Please provide any additional information below.

I get several errors upon boot, and the last one i keep getting is this:
Sorry! The application LauncherPro (process andriod.process.acore) has stopped 
unexpectedly. Please try again.

The installation went well, no errors.

The application Google Services Framework (process com.google.process.gapps) 
has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

The applications com.motorola.calender (process com.motorala.calendar)  has 
stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

These are the other two errors.

I was doing install again, but this time by the R12c way (wifi) and received 
the same error like you. The very interesting is, all my prior installations 
were made by USB (no errors).

So I guess the wifi possibly is causing this problem. R13 will come to correct 
this issue. 

I suggest you make another install. Please, come back and tell if went through 
;-)

EDIT: but before you try.....do a reboot again into Android
