What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.phone 
2.contacts
3.activesync contacts

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to sync contacts with google, output checking server settings and the unable to 
sync.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac os X 10.6.4 iphodroidr12d 

Please provide any additional information below.
 iphodroidr12c active sync worked what happen... is there any fix that i can do to fix this let me know... thank you

check your SETTINGS (you can choose to sync in there easily)

got  it work the server setting were wrong i use m.google.com and it work 
really well.
