Actual (Copy directly from UG in NetConnect website): "add n/Fiona Kunz p/94824272 e/lydia@example.com a/little tokyo role/Supplier tos/Delivery within 2 weeks prod/Office Supplies prod/Furniture"
What tester execute: ""add n/Fiona Kunz p/94824272 e/lydia@example.com a/little tokyo role/Supplier tos/Delivery within 2 weeksprod/Office Supplies prod/Furniture"
This happen because, when the tester copy the command from the UG pdf file, the space between weeks
and prod
has never been taken. This is page size of the PDF file. As can be seen from the attached image from the NetConnect website, the newline works fine and does not cause any problem when copying the command and paste to NetConnect application.

Add command shows error even when i use the example from the UG
I am using the example command provided in the UG.
Expected: A success message
Actual: An error message even though this was the prefix provided in the UG (Invalid prefix has been detected.) I am not even told what is the incorrect prefix so I don't know where i went wrong

 Issue duplicate status
Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)
Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]
I am using a command stated in the UG
Expected: The command should pass since it is from the UG
Actual: There is an error for an invalid prefix. User is not told what prefix is incorrect so it is difficult for me to troubleshoot also.
