Moved Matthew Mercer Gunslinger & Blood Hunter to ThirdParty

• Matthew Mercer's Gunslinger 1.3 moved out of the homebrew.xml and into its own XML file under ThirdParty.
• Matthew Mercer's Blood Hunter 2020 moved out of the homebrew.xml and into its own XML file under ThirdParty.
• Changed the Blood Curses from spells to feats.
• Changed the Gunslinger Trick Shots to feats and prefixed them "Trick Shot: "
• Expanded the descriptions of the Gunslinger firearms.
• Added the different bullet types as items that can be tracked separately in a player's inventory.
• Removed the homebrew.xml as redundant.
