Since Tasha's Cauldron of Everything includes every spell from the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide, including both the TCE and SCAG spell lists in collections creates some duplicate spells which is confusing for users - this PR simply removes the SCAG spells from the collections which also include TCE so that only the TCE spells are included.
