Screenshot dir defaults to NULL. Should default to "screenshots" subdir of
user config dir.

Fix committed in revision 51. Note, while testing this, I found that the png
screenshot files created by glN64 contain errors and are not readable by most 
picture
viewer programs. I will open a bug to track this.

Log:
-screenshots directory will now default to "screenshots" subdir of .mupen64plus
config dir.
