Anchor Links not working #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search 'Banknote'
2. Click on the bottom article link 'History'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Anchor links 'History' and 'Advantages and Disadvantages' when clicked, nothing 
happens. The user might expect something to happen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Firefox 3.6, Windows 7

Known issue listed in our binary release documentation - Wikipedia article and 
preview text links (anchored and non-anchored) are currently not working (see 
"known issue 3" in the document).  

This is a duplicate/variation on issue 59 in our bug database, so I am marking 
as duplicate.
