Persisting punctuation issue - now in Summary Text Title #112

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for Bill Gates
2. Click on the "Global financial crisis" node in the map
3. Text in the sidebar is fine, but the title reads "global financial crisis of
2008%E2%80%932009"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the ASCII values to resolve to characters properly in the article
titles. See attached image for screenshot of bug.

I just realized the text in the search box is messed up, too. So clicking on
the node causes incorrect text to be inserted into the search box (global
financial crisis of 2008%E2%80%932009) instead of "global financial crisis of
2008-2009".

It's also worth noting that the title is correct in the preview of that node.

There are still some related problems... if you search for "cocoa bean," look
out to the left of South America and you can see
"Continent#Area\_and\_population"

I don't see the comma issue you're mentioning?
