Nodes with hash tags / anchored links included in graph and database

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to 
http://cubist.cs.washington.edu/~kshayk/ui/wikiSearch.php?s=Foundation%20(United

2. A summary and article text are available
3. You can also explore this node from the "Bill Gates" search

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think this is a case of the article title being improperly formed, but it's 
possible that anchored links are being added improperly.

Will revisit this issue. Likely it will require a DB overhaul and/or re-parsing.
