What is the functionality of the feature/task that is to be implemented?

Make the map area liquid so we don't have an overlap between the sidebar and 
the mpa.

We will revisit this at a later date.  The map does scale up in size when you 
are at a higher resolution.  However, it is not dynamically liquid.  Not 
necessarily a good thing to have a liquid map, though.
