Hovering over a node, scrolling through click-wheel or trackpad, and clicking still allows the user to go to the highlighted article #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for "apple"
2. Hover over "fruit". Preview text causes page to scroll.
3. While hovering over "fruit" scroll with your trackpad or scroll wheel. Fruit
still remains the preview element, if you click you go to fruit.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If you scroll and the cursor isn't over it anymore, then you shouldn't be able
to click. You shouldn't have preview text either that causes the page to grow
like that.

I'm not so sure this is a bad thing if the summary text continues to cause the
page to scroll like that.

But seeing as how that will (hopefully) be fixed soon, then this will also
resolve (at least in typical screen resolutions).
