Ampersand is not respected in search #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search "Ren & Stimpy"
2. Returns a result with just Ren

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should go to the article listed here 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ren_%26_Stimpy), but it ignores the ampersand and 
treats it as a delimitter.

What's that second picture you have there? I fixed ren, but want to check that

The second picture was just button mashing that had a & in it.  That was how I 
found it to begin with.

Should we be concerned of URL hackers that type into the URL bar of a browswer 
'Bill & Melinda Gates'?  That ampersand still causes this bug.
