article links become permanently black after clicking

1. click on a link within either article view & summary
2. go back to prev page
3. the link now appears black so it is indistinguishable from regular text

not a huge issue, but it can be annoying.

I'm not sure what's going on. I've tried a lot of CSS tricks and can't figure 
out why the CSS style isn't applying correctly.

It may be related to an error that Chrome's "inspect element" shows: 

'wikiSearch.php:-1 Resource interpreted as image but transferred with MIME type 
text/htm'

It's possible this error is preventing the CSS from applying, but I can't be 
sure.  I'm going to have to move on for now to higher priority items. Will 
revisit if time.
