The behavior and the maximum title, url, and summary lengths need to be 
finalized so we may test for the behavior of strings that are longer than the 
db limits.  Should they truncate?  Should it error?  What should it do?  The 
Unit test results should not be trusted for the truncate tests for 
DatabaseUpdater right now since this is not consistent across the board yet.
