Interactive Mini-map #75

What is the functionality of the feature/task that is to be implemented?
When in "full article view", an interactive minimap should be displayed at the 
top right in the sidebar.

This minimap should be interactive, but its interactivity may be limited to 
clicking on nodes (as opposed to zoom in/zoom out and dragging it around).

We've speculated that this should just display the main (center) node and one 
degree of separation's worth of nodes surrounding that main node.

When a link is clicked on in the full article view, this map should be updated. 
When the user mouses over a link, the minimap should be replaced by the preview 
image and summary text.
