HUD download files?

Can you describe the problem?
The files i download from this site don't include a README or any 
resource/scripts folder. All i get is a file titled e.v.e HUD v2.86.7z
What steps will reproduce it?
1.Downloads tab
2.Looking at newly downloaded
3.

What version do you use?

What's your resolution?
