Add Title IDs to patches folders? #5

It may be useful to add the title IDs of a game to the patches folder - while the English name is useful for us, it may make sense (especially in the future when more and more games come out with NPLN) that we can easily find them with the TID.

It will be hard to keep up with all the games that will use NPLN (including updates), so I've decided that I don't want to keep the IPS patches in this repository anymore. They can be generated automatically with the script anyway.
