Bump yaml-rust version #1

This brings the yaml-rust dependency up to the latest version. This solves a dependency version conflict I was having. It would be great if this could be published on cargo. Thanks!

I'm impressed someone is using this - it's very early days and likely to be entirely rewritten eventually; but sure, I can merge this and release a 0.2

Thanks for all the work you've done - I'm really glad this library exists. I'm honestly surprised demand for easy-to-debug data files isn't higher!
