Once this is the done, all that will be left is the PostgreSQL installation. After that, we are ready to strengthen up the box, and prepare Docker+VirtualBox instructions.

We are now starting with defaults, and manually adjust the other values. Otherwise we would have to maintain a data directory, in version control, add extensions, etc. For our case, it seems simpler to just document the manual one-go process.
