Wrong test case version is returned by method getTestCaseByExternalId #29

Hi, We have few versions of test cases in our testlink and when I'm trying to get test case non-first version via getTestCaseByExternalId it returns test case of version 1 in any way without reference to version param.

version 1.9.8.2

Ack, I'll try to reproduce this bug @iplyac, and will see if we can release a new version with the fix.

Hi @kinow again,

I just retested this issue on testlink 1.9.8 and it works fine
