I have to admit that this seems like an uncommon case but I'm using this together with the "PersisentPin" extension (https://github.com/Faerbit/persistentpin-webextension), which opens a few pinned tabs when the browser starts. Then containerise kicks in and effectively unpin those with assigned containers.
