date variable(s) for naming default container

Loving containerise so far. Thanks for creating it! I wonder if you could add a "date" or similar variable for default container names. Letting users pick their own date format would be awesome but even something simple that could be used for a daily rollover would be useful.

I second that. Being able to set date & time variables in the default container name would be very valuable. Year, month, day, hour minute, second (milliseconds is already there).
