Pass openerTabId to created tabs #88

Tabs that replace old one should keep the openerTabId of the replaced tab for use in other extensions like Tree Style Tab

Thanks for all your PRs. I wish I had much dedication as you do for this project :) Also I have like 5 extension installed so hard for me to find bugs like this.

I'm just on holiday on the moment, so I took the opportunity to work on the things I use :slightly_smiling_face:
