Fix Property name.

@akira345 Thank you for your pull request, and I'm so sorry to be late to reply to you.

If it complies with the kintone REST API specification, it will be "properties", but in kintone-js-sdk, the property name "fields" is used to make it easy to understand where the value of the field is specified. It was confusing, sorry.
Also, the new API client(kintone-rest-api-client) is currently under development, and the current kintone-js-sdk will be deprecated in the near future. For the new API client, we use the design you mentioned above. Please use this for future projects.

I understand the situation. (It confuses me.) Thank you for introducing our new API client. Is there a way to make a formal announcement?

@akira345 We will announce formally in cybozu developer network if it will be ready in a few months. You can already use it, but please wait for a little longer to use it with everything including the documents.
