Create a main "kintohub" repository #21

Following discussion in our weekly call, we need to create a "kintohub" repository containing a description of KintoHub (what is KintoHub), and the list of all the dependencies (kinto-core, kinto-builder, etc.)

This repo will be the only pinned on top of our github page.

It should give something similar to:
