Bring back middlewares pattern
Add env var KINTO_CORE_SECRET. If see all requests against the kinto core must have metadata authorization=${KINTO_CORE_SECRET}.

ping @nandiheath @sumitkolhe, u will need to modify FrontEnd and CLI. This config is OPTIONAL so handle both cases.
