This PR:

fixes the keeper method GetUnbondingDepositsFromValidator() to get unbonding deposits of specific validator;
adds a unit test for keeper method RefundFromSlash() which takes into account more eligible unbonding deposits;
updates the keeper test TestUnbondingDepositQuerySingle().
