This PR is used for:

refactor code associated to the unbonding deposit.
add a max entries param in the unbonding deposit for each depositor.
add a check on the maximum unbonding deposit.
add test associated to unbonding deposit
refactoring proto file as specified in the SDK docs.
add a linter
fix (not all) linter suggestions
