Turned out each "calendar" on an admin user is used to refer to a resource. B/c each calendar is only visible to this user by default, I had to manually share the calendar with a user group (for now I chose an arbitrary one) in order for the calendar to be visible to the users in that user group. I see 2 hurdles here:

• So there would be many calendars to capture all the resources we want to able to book through this system.
• Setting the sharing option per calendar would be cumbersome, esp. if there are many resources (i.e. calendars).

My org seems to be already managing the resource booking (in a very manual way though), I pause this for now.
