Thanks for placing your order and choosing better sound from Bose. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with a prepaid return label for your current product. Once we receive your product, we will ship out your replacement. The exchange process should take no longer than two weeks.
Stopped charging a week ago. Charging light is not on, and after some time being connected to the power source it still doesn't turn on.
I confirmed that after doing the official recommendation[1]. I also confirmed the USB cable, power outlet is working. And tried 2 different USB cables but no good.

I tried to reach out Bose' customer support to get assistance, then after a very brief automated analysis (which resulted in them to suggest a few potential solutions, none of which was remotely related to my particular problem unfortunately) they offered a free replacement. Above is the statement. I'll wait for the email mentioned.
Filed a support request on bose.com, which started with a few automated self-diagnostic questions. I responded that neither of them were negative, then they proceeded for free replacement. Nice and smooth. Warranty rocks.
