[pixel4] Google Fit activity not synching on Google Calendar's "goal" feature

After switch to pixel4, I've never seen "goal"s turn to done automatically even though on Google Fit activities have been added.

I looked into both Android apps but haven't found where I can connect these 2 apps/services any more.

I did clean cache on both Fit and Calendar following this on support.google.com.
