Automate watering at the hooded balcony #460

Problem

Back to living in an apartment, I started planting herb in a planter. I'm afraid I'd easily forget to give water them.

Solution approach

Since I already have Raspberry Pi-based sprinkler controller, which I didn't have a chance to use at the previous house, I wonder if I can use that. Obviously there's no watering system in this tiny balcony, so this may or may not be easy.
