Problem

ComCast/Xfinity app on Samsung 8 TV gets stuck saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again".

Tried but not resolving

Workaround

Not found yet.

I actually the same error ID TVAPP-00100 as the link above.

https://appuals.com/error-tvapp-00100-inside-xfinity/ mentions rebooting the router might help. I did reboot the router. Not sure if that took effect or not but I did see the problem is gone.
