I don't know how well I sleep

• On sleepless days I do feel I'm less productive. I might be just getting older.
• 8 hours consecutive sleep works great. Then 8-hr means 11p-7a, 12p-8a, 9p-5a. That's a lot. 6 hours should be great too.
• Heard I'm snoring more than I did a few months ago. Weight gained. What else contributing?

All these added interests in general to know how well I sleep.

Some reqs (to be updated):

• No contact. No device to be attached.
• No visual sensing. No camera allowed. Other form of sensors than vision-based ones are likely acceptable.

With Soli-based technology Google released a device Nest Mini

Turned out Pixel 5 doesn't seem to equip Soli. So my slim hope for having the contactless sleep tracking functionality enabled on my phone is gone for now technically as long as someone provides an app contactless sleep tracking would be possible on my Pixel4.
