CAX80: Some wifi clients were requested to sign in to connect all of sudden #775

Issue

Today at some point I noticed on Android that wifi did not automatically connect to home wifi. By just clicking the pop up it connected, but on some devices that don't have interactive UI, wifi remained disconnected.
It's been awhile since on some web browser the web admin console rejected log in.

It seems to have resolved after doing the following:

Rebooting the router by re-plugging the power cable.
Reset the admin console's password.

Btw I noticed the following message in the usage meter page on the admin console. The feature to disable the network after the upper limit of the month reaches was NOT set, so any usage meter would affect the issue in question.

[Traffic Meter] The counter is 250000 MBytes before the monthly limit is reached. 1 Tue Feb 14 13:50:30 2023

This issue keeps happening periodically along with https://github.com/kinu-garage/hut_10sqft/issues/810. Re-opening.

This has happened almost every month, and yet haven't had time to look into, partly b/c I'm afraid Netgear's admin interface is so user-unfriendly so I would end up wasting time w/o much result.

Anyways at least I start logging whenever this happens.

Happened on pixel4 today. Rebooted cax80.

Happened on brya, but pixel4 was ok today...Rebooting cax80 seems to have worked it around.

Will keep monitoring after wifi config change https://github.com/kinu-garage/hut_10sqft/issues/1087#issuecomment-2362077248 if this issue still happens.
