3D modeler: Move out of beginner state #911

I've tried a few times to start 3D modeling incl. https://github.com/kinu-garage/hut_10sqft/issues/220 and a few robotics projects but I haven't really got to either complete or stuck to the need. So I'm not yet familiar with 3D modeling, which is a bummer.

Setup 3D modeling software (Blender etal) on one of my computers.

I thought I'd go with Blender via apt, but on Ubuntu 22.04 it's 3.0, which was released back in 2021/12, almost 2 years old, so not favored despite apt being favored. Went with snap version that is v3.6.5 as of today.
