Legend: CO (Internet User, consumer), OR (the one who installs/takes down), IT (IT person).
- IT doesn't need to add another internet contract in one room to another that is in different buildings and X meters apart.
- X is mainly 30 to 40.
- Occasionally X can be 40+. We just don't know yet exactly how much more.
- OR: Every day of operation the system incl. H/W has to be taken down.
- OR: Operation status easily viewed on the surface of
- CO: Wifi channels can be either 2.4 Ghz or 5 (preferred) Ghz, no need for supporting both if that is not easy.
- (Option) IT can ban certain website or communication.
- (Option) IT can add more devices to the mesh in the future.
Reqs
- No routine monetary charge.
- Installation: No tech knowledge must be required.
- Un/Plugging power cables is fine.
- Can extend Internet for indefinite distance. Adding devices for that is fine.
- 5 Ghz wifi channel is a must. 2.4 Ghz is optional.
- Price range is unknown (so need multiple suggestions).

Then I noticed I was looking at a not-so-correct terminology. "Range Extender" might not be the best term. Better term might be "wifi mesh".
