Move boostrap extra args to wizard #56

@pothos , this moves the --onfailure, --exclude, --retries to the wizard (meaning now they're a single -).

I have only tried locally with some racker modifications so I'd like you to try it with the combinations you have tested before if you can.

Finally fixed adding the help command to bootstrap. I think it works better than than before when it had to be in a certain position.
