Add thumbnail generation for images. #29

Add thumbnail generation for images. So they could be shown in Ckeditor
fileBrowser. Use Google Image service for creating thumbnail files and
place them under /thumbnails/image_file_id.jpg name

Mabe an option to locate image in Picassa & save thumbnail image back to 
Picassa?

I'm use free cloud service for this 
http://www.sencha.com/learn/how-to-use-src-sencha-io/
It is very simple and no need additional programming.
Just need to generate valid URL, for example 
http://src.sencha.io/120/60/http://i1.nyt.com/images/misc/nytlogo379x64.gif
