I think it would be extremely useful if there was a way to add syntax 
highlighted code.  This would be specifically for a coding blogs, of course.

If you turn wiki syntax then you will be able to use wiki <source> tag for 
syntax highlighting of source code fragments: java, php, python, html/xml, 
javascript,...
templates (includeonly, noinclude,...)]
