New upload button

It would be useful for a basic Vosao user to be able to simply upload a 
resource for the page they were on.  

In particular, if a structure template with a field of type "Resource Link" 
were used to create a page, it would make a lot of sense to have an "upload" 
button next to the field, to open an upload dialogue.  A page creator can then 
very simply, upload the resource which is needed for the resource link, without 
any prior knowledge of the Vosao resource hierarchy.  Much like the image 
upload dialogue in the ckeditor.  

It would also be useful for this process to populate the "Resource Link" field 
with the link for the resource which was just uploaded by the dialogue.

The "browse" link next to a "Resource Link" field would also be more useful if 
it defaulted to the location of the same page in the resource tree.
