rssatom plugin produces invalid RSS and ATOM XML #367

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to feed://www.mypatelspace.com/_ah/plugin/rssatom/feed for the feed
2. Go to 
http://www.feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=feed%3A%2F%2Fwww.mypatelspace.com%2F_
ah%2Fplugin%2Frssatom%2Ffeed to see the invalid stuff in the feed
3. I installed Vosao 0.7.1 and the 0.7 rssatom plugin. I did not change 
anything in the plugin's Velocity template

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see 
line 21, column 2: XML parsing error: <unknown>:21:2: not well-formed (invalid 
token) [help]

]]>
as an error. the "]]>" seems to be extraneous and tripping up some RSS 
aggregators, along with the date format being wrong.

I see the same error.
It is happened only for structured pages.
