RSS Atom feed plugin: wrong list of displayed RSS feeds #372

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure RSS Atom plugin and - among others - set "Feed's pages URLs (coma 
separated)" to "/blog" (without the quotes)
2. Open the feed with any RSS reader or just view the page source in a browser 
(note that the issue #367 may interfere... in my case I just got rid of the 
<description> section in the velocity template as a workaround)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I get the following entries:
  Children default settings
  Blog
  Congratulations!
  Deploying on AppSpot.com
  First steps

What I should get (I don't care about Blog and Children default settings):
  Congratulations!
  Deploying on AppSpot.com
  First steps

Only the children should be displayed (or there should be an option to choose 
whether the top level should be included or not).
