RSS Atom feed plugin: invalid date format #373

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Display any Vosao RSS feed in a RSS reader
2. The date format is wrong and cannot be processed by most (all?) RSS readers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see something like Sat Dec. 30th for all the entries.
That should be the correct publication date.

The publication date format should be something like (instead of the "long" 
format):
"EEE, dd MMM yyyy HH:mm:ss Z"

Note that the same comment applies to all the dates in the RSS.
I did not check Atom.
