$page.title returns unlocalized version #384

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add new language
2. Change page title for this language
3. Open this page for this language

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: localized title. See: english title.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information

Please use $page.localTitle in template for localized title.
