What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. RSS feed plugin: 0 value in "Item description size in chars" (after upgrade 
from 0.7 to 0.8)
2. Open _ah/plugin/rssatom/feed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: items without description

org.apache.velocity.exception.MethodInvocationException: Invocation of method 
'getDescription' in class org.vosao.plugins.rssatom.RssTool threw exception 
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1 at 
vm[line 18, column 29]
